Ferret Thermal 30-Day Return Policy

If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your Ferret Thermal camera, Email to admin@ferrettools.com and we’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label and give return instructions.

Product must be received by us with all supplied parts and accessories and items must be in as new or excellent condition.

Once we confirm the return, we will refund within 5 working days in full to the original payment method used.

If parts are missing or the product is physically damaged, a partial refund will be provided back to the original payment method used.

The return policy is limited to one Ferret Thermal camera per customer.
