Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet in stock. Depending on the product and offer, one of the following payment arrangements will apply — the specific terms for your order will be clearly indicated during checkout:

• Full payment at checkout — your payment method is charged in full when you place your order, and your item will be fulfilled once stock is available
• Deposit at checkout, balance on fulfilment — a partial payment is collected at checkout, with the remaining balance charged to your payment method when your order is ready to ship
• Full payment on fulfilment — your payment method details are stored securely at checkout, with the full amount charged when your order is ready to ship

Cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled by contacting us directly. Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our returns policy.
