Don't know you need it until you get it. This is actually my second camera. Love the upgrades made to the the hook and other attachments. Only getting a second one due to loosing mine on a job. Had it for 4 years with no problem! Absolute must for any electrician to have.

This tool is awesome. I have been a contractor for 40 years. I wanted to see what the inside of my chimney looked like. So I purchases the Ferret Sweep. I was amazed at how well it worked. It took a bit to figure out down loading the Ferret to my phone. Though I am not technically inclined. Once to I had to get the hang of lowering it down for the best shots of the chimney wall. Was excellent for the cost. Then we started using it for everywhere we couldn't see into. For the price you can't beat it.
